Registration is required for all guests this year. Guests of Initiates qualify for complimentary Saturday-only registration.

The Convocation Ceremony confers Fellowship upon surgeons who have successfully met requirements that reflect their education and training and commit to the ACS oath 鈥淭o Heal All with Skill and Trust.鈥� The ceremony also includes recognition of the Honorary Fellows, presentation of the Distinguished Service Award, installation of the ACS Officers, and the Presidential Address by Timothy Eberlein, MD, FACS.

All Initiates must register for Clinical Congress if planning to participate in the Convocation Ceremony. ACS welcomes family members of Initiates to attend the Convocation Ceremony and share in this celebration; their advance complimentary registration is required and
can be completed during the Initiates鈥� registration process.

Guests should be in their seats by 5:30 pm. The processional of dignitaries and Initiates begins at 5:45 pm, and the ceremony starts at 6:00 pm.
